1). Please provide the specifications for the steel building you envision. Details such as length, width, and height are crucial, as the building's height significantly impacts the overall cost.
2). Specify the intended use of your steel structure. Whether it's a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, knowing the purpose helps us tailor the design to your needs.
3). Detail the thermal conditions required for your building, including options like EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU, to ensure comfort and efficiency.
4). Describe the lighting conditions needed for your steel structure, considering options for ventilation and skylights to maximize natural light.
5). Outline your specifications for windows and doors, including preferences for roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors to align with your functional and aesthetic requirements.
6). Provide information on the wind and snow load capacities your steel building must withstand, ensuring robust design against environmental challenges.
7). Indicate if your steel building will incorporate a crane, specifying the load capacity (3/5/10/15 tons) for precise integration into the structure’s design.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
