2). Intended use of your steel building. (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Thermal conditions required for your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU for insulation.)
4). Lighting conditions desired for your steel building. (Consider ventilation or skylights for optimal lighting.)
5). Specific requirements for windows and doors. (Choose from roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC doors.)
6). Considerations for wind load/snow load. (Design a structure that withstands local weather conditions safely.)
7). Crane requirements within the steel building. (Options available: 3, 5, 10, 15 tons capacity.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
