1). Specifications: Define the dimensions of your steel building (Length, Width, Height). Note that the height significantly influences the cost.
2). Purpose: Identify the intended use of your steel building (Factory, Workshop, Warehouse, Hangar, Plant, Poultry Farm Shed, etc.).
3). Thermal Conditions: Specify the insulation requirements of your steel building (EPS, Glass Wool, Rock Wool, PU).
4). Lighting Conditions: Determine the lighting and ventilation needs of your steel building (Ventilation, Skylight).
5). Windows and Doors: State the specifications for entryways (Roll-up Door, Sliding Door, Steel Door, PVC Door).
6). Load Requirements: Assess the wind load and snow load capacity for a resilient structure that withstands environmental challenges.
7). Crane Specifications: Clarify whether the steel building includes a crane and its capacity (3/5/10/15 tons).
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
