1). Specify the dimensions you require for the steel building, including length, width, and height. Note that the building’s height significantly impacts the cost structure.
2). Define the intended function of your steel building. Options include factories, workshops, warehouses, hangars, plants, and poultry farm sheds.
3). Detail the thermal insulation specifications for your steel building. Choose from EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Describe the lighting conditions required for your steel building, including ventilation and skylight options.
5). Specify the types and requirements for windows and doors, selecting from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Provide the wind and snow load specifications for the steel building to ensure a safe structure that withstands various weather conditions.
7). Indicate if the steel building will include a crane, specifying capacity options of 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
