1). What specifications do you require for the steel building? (Considerations include Length, width, and height, as these greatly influence cost.)
2). What purpose will your steel building serve? (Options include uses such as Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). What are the thermal conditions required for your steel building? (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU)
4). What are the lighting conditions required for your steel building? (Options include Ventilation/skylight)
5). What are the requirements for windows and doors? (Options include Roll-up door/sliding door/steel door/PVC door)
6). What are the wind load/snow load specifications for the steel building? (Essential for designing a safe structure capable of withstanding weather conditions)
7). Will the steel building incorporate a crane? If so, specify the capacity (3/5/10/15 tons)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
