1). Precise specifications of the steel building are needed. (Consider length, width, and height, as the height significantly impacts overall costs.)
2). Define the intended purpose of your steel building. (Is it for a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or perhaps a poultry farm shed?)
3). Clarify the thermal conditions required for your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU, tailored to your needs.)
4). Specify the lighting conditions desired for your steel building. (Considerations include ventilation and skylight options.)
5). Detail your requirements for windows and doors. (Choose from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors to suit your needs.)
6). Assess the wind load/snow load that your steel building must endure. (Critical for designing a safe structure resilient to weather variations.)
7). Determine if your steel building necessitates a crane. (Options range from 3 to 15 tons, accommodating various project scales.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
