1). Detailed specifications of your required steel building, including length, width, and height. Note: The building’s height can significantly influence overall costs.
2). Intended purpose of your steel building (e.g., factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.) to tailor design to specific operational needs.
3). Thermal insulation parameters for your steel building, utilizing advanced materials such as EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU for optimal climate control.
4). Specified lighting conditions for your steel building, including ventilation and skylight provisions, to enhance natural illumination effectively.
5). Custom window and door requirements, whether roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC door solutions, to ensure functionality and aesthetic appeal.
6). Calculated wind load and snow load specifications for your steel building to ensure structural resilience against diverse weather conditions.
7). Crane capacity needs of your steel building, ranging from 3 to 15 tons, to support robust operational requirements.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
