2). What is the intended purpose of your steel building? (Is it a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.?)
3). What are the thermal conditions of your steel building? (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU insulation.)
4). What are the lighting conditions for your steel building? (Considerations include ventilation and skylight options.)
5). What are the specifications for windows and doors? (Choices include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.)
6). What are the wind load and snow load requirements for the steel building? (This is crucial for designing a structure that withstands weather conditions.)
7). Will the steel building include a crane? (Options for crane capacity: 3/5/10/15 tons.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
