1). Specifications of the steel building include length, width, and height. Note that the building's height can significantly impact costs.
2). Identify the primary use of your steel building, whether it be a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, among others.
3). Define the thermal conditions of your steel building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU for optimal insulation.
4). Assess the lighting conditions of your steel building, considering essential factors like ventilation and skylight.
5). Specify the requirements for windows and doors, selecting from options like roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Determine the wind load and snow load capacities for your steel building to ensure a resilient structure that withstands local weather conditions.
7). Confirm if the steel building will incorporate a crane and specify its capacity, available options include 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
