To proficiently design steel structures for buildings, workshops, warehouses, and godowns, we require the following information:
1). What are the specifications of the steel building you need? Precise details on length, width, and height are crucial as the height significantly influences overall cost.
2). For what purpose is your steel building intended? Is it for a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.?
3). Determine the thermal conditions required for your steel building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Outline the lighting conditions necessary for your steel building, such as ventilation or skylight features.
5). Define your requirements for windows and doors. Options encompass roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Specify the wind load and snow load capabilities for the steel building. This is crucial to ensure the structure's safety and resilience under varying weather conditions.
7). Is your steel building equipped with a crane? If so, specify its capacity, whether it’s 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
