To design steel structure buildings/workshops/warehouses/godowns, we require the following information:
1). Specifications of the steel building needed, including length, width, and height. The height notably influences the overall cost.
2). Intended purpose of your steel building, such as factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed.
3). Thermal conditions required for your steel building, using materials like EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Lighting conditions needed for your steel building, which might include options like ventilation or skylight.
5). Specifications for windows and doors, such as roll-up door, sliding door, steel door, or PVC door.
6). Wind load and snow load requirements to design a safe and weather-resistant structure.
7). Does your steel building need a crane? If so, specify the capacity needed: 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
