1). Specifications of the steel building (Length, width, and height). Remember, the height can have a substantial impact on cost.
2). Intended purpose of your steel building (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.).
3). Thermal insulation needs of your steel building (EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU).
4). Lighting and ventilation requirements (Ventilation/skylight).
5). Door and window specifications (Roll-up door/sliding door/steel door/ PVC door).
6). Wind load and snow load considerations to ensure a safe structure resistant to weather conditions.
7). Does your steel building require a crane? Specify its capacity (3/5/10/15 tons).
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
