1). Specifications of the steel building needed (Length, Width, Height), as the building's height can significantly influence the cost.
2). Purpose of the steel building (Factory, Workshop, Warehouse, Hangar, Plant, Poultry Farm Shed, etc.), crucial for tailored design solutions.
3). Thermal conditions required for the steel building (EPS, Glass Wool, Rock Wool, PU) to ensure optimal insulation.
4). Lighting conditions desired for the steel building (Ventilation/Skylight) to optimize natural illumination.
5). Requirements for windows and doors (Roll-up Door/Sliding Door/Steel Door/PVC Door) to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
6). Wind Load/Snow Load specifications for the steel building to design a structure capable of withstanding environmental conditions.
7). Is the steel building equipped with a crane? Specify capacity (3/5/10/15 tons) to accommodate operational needs.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
