1). Define the specifications of the steel building you envision. (Consider length, width, and height. Note that the building's height significantly influences the cost.)
2). Elucidate the intended use of your steel building. (Whether it's a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, your purpose is vital.)
3). Specify the thermal insulation requirements for your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU for optimal conditions.)
4). Outline the lighting conditions desired for your steel building. (Consider ventilation and skylight options for a well-lit environment.)
5). Detail the specifications for windows and doors. (Choices include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors to suit your design.)
6). Assess the wind and snow load your steel building must withstand. (This ensures the design of a robust and secure structure resilient to environmental challenges.)
7). Indicate the presence and capacity of a crane within the steel building. (Options include capacities of 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons, supporting your operational needs.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
