To design steel structure buildings/workshops/warehouses/godowns with precision, the following details are essential:
1). Kindly provide the specifications of the steel building required, including its length, width, and height. Notably, the height of the building can significantly influence the overall cost.
2). Specify the intended use of your steel building, whether it be a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed.
3). Outline the thermal conditions for your steel building, such as EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Define the lighting conditions requisite for your steel building, including ventilation and skylight provisions.
5). State the specifications for windows and doors, such as roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC options.
6). Detail the wind and snow load expectations for the steel building to ensure it is designed to withstand environmental conditions safely.
7). Indicate whether the steel building will incorporate a crane, specifying the tonnage as 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
