1). Precise specifications of the steel building are crucial. What are the dimensions (length, width, height)? Remember, the height significantly influences the overall cost.
2). Define the purpose of your steel building. Is it intended as a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or perhaps a poultry farm shed?
3). Specify the thermal conditions necessary for your building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, and PU insulation.
4). What are your lighting conditions? Do you require ventilation or skylight installations to ensure optimal light flow?
5). Clearly state your requirements for windows and doors. Options include roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC doors.
6). It is essential to know the wind and snow load specifications. This ensures your structure is designed to withstand specific weather conditions.
7). Lastly, does your steel building require a crane? If so, please specify the capacity needed, such as 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
