1). Precise specifications for your steel building are essential. Please provide dimensions including length, width, and height—note that building height significantly impacts cost.
2). Clearly state the intended use of your steel building, whether it's for a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, among others.
3). Specify the thermal conditions needed for your steel building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU to suit your insulation requirements.
4). Define the lighting conditions of your steel building—will it require special ventilation or skylight installations?
5). Provide details on your window and door requirements, including preferences for roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Indicate the expected wind and snow load for the steel building to ensure a design that withstands local climate conditions.
7). If your steel building includes a crane, specify its capacity, whether 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons, to accommodate your operational needs.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
