1). What are the precise specifications of the steel building you need? (Considerations such as length, width, and height are crucial, with the building's height significantly impacting cost.)
2). What is the intended use of your steel building? (Whether it's a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, the purpose dictates design.)
3). Define the thermal conditions of your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU for insulation.)
4). Describe the lighting conditions of your steel building. (Requirements such as ventilation or skylights should be specified.)
5). What are the specific requirements for windows and doors? (Choose from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.)
6). What are the wind load and snow load specifications for the steel building? (Critical for designing a structure that safely endures diverse weather conditions.)
7). Does your steel building require a crane? (Specify capacity such as 3/5/10/15 tons to meet operational needs.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
