1). Specifications: Please share the desired length, width, and height of your steel building. Keep in mind, the height plays a pivotal role in determining costs.
2). Purpose: What will your steel building be used for? Options include but are not limited to a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed.
3). Thermal Requirements: Specify the thermal conditions for your building. Will it require EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU insulation?
4). Lighting: What are your building's lighting conditions? Consider the necessity for ventilation or skylights.
5). Windows and Doors: What are your preferences for windows and doors? Choose from roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC doors.
6). Load Requirements: Specify the wind and snow load requirements. This ensures the structure is designed to withstand specific weather conditions safely.
7). Crane Usage: Will your building be equipped with a crane? If so, indicate the required capacity: 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
