To design steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, or godowns, we require the following information:
1). Specify the dimensions of the steel building you need, including length, width, and height. Note that the building's height can significantly impact the overall cost.
2). Indicate the intended use for your steel building, whether it is a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.
3). Outline the thermal conditions for your steel building, including options such as EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Describe the lighting conditions required for your steel building, such as ventilation or skylights.
5). Provide specifications for windows and doors, choosing from options like roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Detail the wind load and snow load for your steel building to ensure the design can withstand prevailing weather conditions.
7). State whether the steel building will include a crane, and specify its capacity, such as 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
