1). Precise specifications of your steel building are essential, including length, width, and height. Note, the building's height can significantly impact the overall cost.
2). Clarify the intended purpose of your steel building – be it a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.
3). Determine the thermal insulation needs of your steel building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, and PU for optimal thermal regulation.
4). Specify the lighting conditions of your steel building, such as ventilation or skylight requirements for optimal illumination.
5). Detail the preference for windows and doors, whether roll-up, sliding, steel, or PVC doors, to ensure functionality and aesthetics.
6). Provide information on the wind load/snow load specifications for the steel building to design a structure resilient against weather conditions.
7). Confirm if the steel building will incorporate a crane, specifying capacities such as 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons for tailored engineering solutions.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
