1). Specifications of your steel building are vital. Considerations include length, width, and height, with height being a significant cost factor.
2). Purpose of your steel building: Is it for a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed? Each use has unique design needs.
3). Thermal conditions: Choose from EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU to meet the insulation needs of your steel building.
4). Lighting conditions: Optimize ventilation and skylight options to ensure adequate lighting in your steel building.
5). Windows and doors requirements: Options include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, and PVC doors, tailored to your building's style and functionality.
6). Wind load/snow load: Essential for designing a robust structure that withstands local weather conditions and ensures safety.
7). Crane requirements: Does your steel building need a crane? Options include 3, 5, 10, and 15 tons, tailored to your operational needs.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
