To craft the perfect design for steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, or godowns, we require the following information:
1). What are the specifications of the steel building you envision? (Length, width, and height. Note that the building's height significantly influences the cost.)
2). What is the intended purpose of your steel building? (Is it a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.?)
3). What are the thermal conditions required for your steel building? (EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU - specify your preference)
4). What are the lighting conditions needed for your steel building? (Do you require ventilation or skylights?)
5). What are the specific requirements for windows and doors? (Choose from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors)
6). What are the wind and snow load specifications for your steel building? (This is crucial to design a structure that withstands local weather conditions safely.)
7). Will the steel building be equipped with a crane? (If so, specify the weight capacity: 3/5/10/15 tons)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
