1). Please specify the exact dimensions of the steel building you envision. (Consider the length, width, and height, as building height significantly influences costs.)
2). What is the intended purpose for your steel building? (Options include factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Outline the thermal conditions required for your steel building. (Choices include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU)
4). Specify the lighting conditions desired for your steel building. (Consider ventilation and skylight options)
5). Detail the requirements for windows and doors. (Options include roll-up door, sliding door, steel door, PVC door)
6). What are the wind load and snow load specifications for the steel building? (Essential for designing a structure that withstands local weather conditions)
7). Does your steel building require a crane? (Available capacities: 3/5/10/15 tons)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
