To design our steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, and godowns, we require the following detailed information:
1). Specifications needed include the length, width, and height. Note: The height significantly impacts the overall cost.
2). Clarify the intended use of the steel building. Options include Factory, Workshop, Warehouse, Hangar, Plant, or Poultry Farm Shed.
3). Specify thermal conditions required, such as EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU insulation.
4). Provide lighting conditions, considering ventilation or skylight options for optimal illumination.
5). Define requirements for doors and windows, choosing from Roll-up, Sliding, Steel, or PVC doors.
6). Mention expected wind and snow load to ensure the structure withstands environmental conditions safely.
7). Indicate if a crane is needed and its capacity, with options of 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons available.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
