1). Define the specifications of your steel building. Consider dimensions such as length, width, and height, as the height significantly influences the cost.
2). Determine the purpose of your steel building, whether it's a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.
3). Specify the thermal conditions required for your steel building, including materials like EPS, glass wool, rock wool, and PU for insulation.
4). Assess the lighting conditions needed, focusing on features like ventilation and skylights to optimize natural light and air circulation.
5). Outline the requirements for windows and doors, choosing among roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors to suit your needs.
6). Evaluate the wind load and snow load the steel building must endure, ensuring it is designed to withstand specific weather conditions safely.
7). Confirm if your steel building is equipped with a crane, specifying capacities ranging from 3, 5, 10, to 15 tons for operational efficiency.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
