1). What are the precise specifications of the steel building required? (Consider length, width, and height, as the building's height significantly influences cost.)
2). For what specific purpose will your steel building be utilized? (Possible uses include factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, among others.)
3). Define the thermal requirements of your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU for optimal insulation.)
4). Specify the lighting conditions for your steel building. (Consideration for ventilation and skylight installations.)
5). Window and door specifications are needed. (Choose from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors based on functionality.)
6). Provide wind load and snow load details for the steel building. (Crucial for designing a safe structure capable of weather resistance.)
7). Does the steel building incorporate a crane? If so, specify the weight capacity. (Options include 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
