1). Specifications of the steel building required. (Include dimensions such as length, width, and especially height, as it significantly influences the cost.)
2). Purpose of the steel building. (Is it intended for a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or a poultry farm shed?)
3). Desired thermal conditions for your steel building. (Choices include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU for insulation.)
4). Required lighting conditions. (Include ventilation or skylight features to match your specifications.)
5). Specifications for windows and doors. (Options include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.)
6). Wind load and snow load considerations for the steel building. (Essential for designing a structure resilient to prevailing weather conditions.)
7). Crane specifications within the steel building. (Provide details like capacity: 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
