1). What are the precise dimensions of your steel building? (Length, width, and height. Note: Height has a significant impact on overall cost.)
2). What is the intended use for your steel building? (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, or other specific purposes.)
3). Specify the thermal requirements for your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU insulation.)
4). Outline the lighting requirements for your steel building. (Consider ventilation needs and skylight installations.)
5). Detail the window and door specifications. (Choices range from roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, to PVC doors.)
6). What are the wind and snow load requirements for your steel building? (Designing a resilient structure to withstand environmental conditions is crucial.)
7). Will your steel building require crane facilities? (Specify capacity: 3/5/10/15 tons as appropriate.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
