1). What are the precise specifications of the steel building you require? (Considerations include length, width, and height. Note: The height of the building significantly influences overall cost.)
2). What is the intended application of your steel building? (Options include factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). What are the thermal conditions your steel building must meet? (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU)
4). What are the lighting conditions necessary for your steel building? (Ventilation/skylight options available)
5). What are the requirements for windows and doors? (Options include roll-up door, sliding door, steel door, or PVC door)
6). What are the wind load and snow load specifications for the steel building? (Crucial for designing a safe structure capable of withstanding diverse weather conditions)
7). Does your steel building require a crane, and if so, what is its capacity? (Options: 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
