1). Specifications of the steel building, including its length, width, and height. The building's height can significantly impact cost considerations.
2). Intended purpose of your steel building, be it a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed.
3). Thermal conditions for your steel building, utilizing EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU for optimal insulation.
4). Lighting conditions of your steel building, whether requiring ventilation or skylights for natural illumination.
5). Specifications for windows and doors, such as roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Wind and snow load requirements for the steel building to ensure a design that withstands diverse weather conditions.
7). Crane specifications for the steel building, with options ranging from 3 to 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
