1). Kindly specify the dimensions of the steel building you desire. (Length, width, and height play crucial roles, particularly height, in determining cost efficiency.)
2). Please define the intended use of your steel building. (Whether it's a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). What are the thermal requirements for your steel building? (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU insulation.)
4). Please specify the lighting conditions required for your steel building. (Considerations like ventilation and skylight availability.)
5). What are your specifications for windows and doors? (Choices include roll-up door, sliding door, steel door, or PVC door.)
6). Please inform us about the wind load and snow load requirements for the steel building. (Essential for designing a structure that withstands various weather conditions.)
7). Does your steel building require a crane? (Options range from 3/5/10/15 tons, based on operational needs.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
6) If other requirements, such as fire proofing, isolated roof, etc, please kindly inform us.
