1). What are the specific dimensions for the steel building you require? (Length, width, and height. Note: The height significantly impacts the overall cost.)
2). What is the intended purpose of your steel building? (Options include a factory, workshop, warehouse, aircraft hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Specify the thermal insulation requirements for your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU insulation materials.)
4). Describe the lighting conditions for your steel building. (Considerations include ventilation systems and skylights.)
5). What are the specifications for windows and doors? (Choices include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, PVC doors, etc.)
6). What are the wind load and snow load requirements for the steel building? (Essential for designing a structure that withstands adverse weather conditions.)
7). Will the steel building feature a crane, and if so, what is its lift capacity? (Options include 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
