For the expert design of steel structure buildings, workshops, warehouses, or godowns, the following information is essential:
1). Specifications of the steel building required, including length, width, and height. Note: Building height significantly impacts cost.
2). Intended purpose of your steel building—be it a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed, etc.
3). Required thermal conditions for your building, such as EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU insulation.
4). Desired lighting conditions, including ventilation or skylight requirements.
5). Specifications for windows and doors, including roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Necessary wind and snow load considerations to ensure the structure's safety against weather conditions.
7). Crane installations required within the steel building, including capacities of 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
