1). What are the precise specifications of the steel building you envision? (Length, width, and height. Note that the height significantly influences the overall cost.)
2). What is the intended use for your steel building? (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Elaborate on the thermal requirements of your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU for insulation.)
4). Describe the lighting conditions needed for your steel building. (Considerations include ventilation and skylight features for optimal illumination.)
5). Define your windows and doors preferences. (Choices include roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.)
6). Specify the wind and snow load expectations for the steel building. (Necessary for designing a robust structure capable of withstanding environmental conditions.)
7). Will your steel building incorporate a crane? (Available options include cranes with 3, 5, 10, or 15-ton capacities.)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
1) Dimension: Length, width, height, eave height, roof pitch, etc.
2) Doors and windows: Dimension, quantity, position to put them.
3) Local climate: Wind speed, snow load, etc.
4) Insulation material: Sandwich panel or steel sheet.
5) Crane beam: Do you need crane beam inside the steel structure? And its capacity.
