1). Precise specifications for the steel building are needed, including length, width, and height. Note that building height significantly influences cost.
2). Define the primary purpose of your steel building, whether it be a factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, or poultry farm shed.
3). Specify the thermal insulation requirements for the building. Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, or PU.
4). Describe the lighting conditions required in your steel building, including ventilation and skylight preferences.
5). Provide detailed requirements for windows and doors, such as roll-up doors, sliding doors, steel doors, or PVC doors.
6). Determine the wind load and snow load specifications for the steel building, ensuring a safe structure that withstands local weather conditions.
7). Indicate if the steel building will incorporate a crane, specifying the capacity as 3, 5, 10, or 15 tons.
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
