1). Define your steel building specifications. (Dimensions: Length, width, and height. Note that the height can significantly influence cost.)
2). Determine the intended use for your steel building. (Factory, workshop, warehouse, hangar, plant, poultry farm shed, etc.)
3). Specify the desired thermal conditions of your steel building. (Options include EPS, glass wool, rock wool, PU)
4). Clarify the lighting conditions of your steel building. (Considerations for ventilation/skylight)
5). Detail the requirements for windows and doors. (Choices include roll-up door, sliding door, steel door, or PVC door)
6). Assess the wind load/snow load your steel building will face. (Essential for designing a structure resilient to weather conditions)
7). Indicate if the steel building will include a crane. (Capacities: 3/5/10/15 tons)
Q: What should you provide before the quotation?
A: Please send your design drawings, or sketches to us and tell us the materials you want to use. If you do not have the drawings, just inform us of more data about the steel building you need, like the building's total area, detail dimension, floor amount, roof load, wind load, etc. from all of your requests. If you can make a hand draft, that would be great and helpful for us to get your idea.
